He has accumulated close to ten years of experience in architectural designing and urban planning fields, real estate development, international trade and outsourcing management, business facilitation and consultancy services.
He has bachelors’ degree in Architecture and Masters Degree in Urban Planning. He has practiced architecture for three years while working on a diverse portfolio of residential and commercial projects both in Lithuania and Kazakhstan. Subsequently, for two years he has been the Head Architectural Supervisor on primal developments (situated in Lithuania and Russian Federation), as part of a leading Lithuanian Real Estate Company “PST” subsidiary “Realtus”. This experience combined with His inborn entrepreneurship led him to start his very own real estate development business. He was running this business for two years during which he has successfully created concepts, secured financing, developed and leased/sold more than 5000 m2 of retail and residential properties in Vilnius and Alytus, Lithuania.
On 2008 he moved to New Delhi, India. Initially he has ventured into textile business by taking advantage of the suitable conditions in the Indian market. He created “Jamy”, a contemporary ladies garment brand, currently being sold in more than 50 shops across Lithuania. In 2 years time, he has established an extensive network of connections in textile industry in India (more than fifty manufacturers in different sectors of textile industry).
During his stay here, he became familiarized with the peculiar Indian business culture and accumulated a noteworthy experience by working on a variety of projects and representing Lithuanian companies from various business sectors. List of his activities in India include, advising on business strategies for companies to enter Indian market, searching for investors, business development and trade facilitation. He is working in close collaboration with main business associations of India (CII, FICCI) and Foreign Missions as well as a wide network of other local partners.
He is fortunate to enjoy a wide network of affiliates both in private and public sectors, established through my business activities as well as diplomatic interactions, since his wife is a Turkish diplomat.

David Franks is the president and cofounder of U.S. Animation Sales located in Raleigh, NC. The company is two years old, and offers animation production services, distribution and funding for animated properties; with offices in Korea, Malaysia, Spain, India and the US. We have worked on projects for Nick Jr., Disney, PBS and more. Past employment includes Art Director at Midway Games, Art Director at Magnet Intereactive Studies, Art Director at Random Games, Lead Artist at Jaleco and VR1, and Animation Director for a Marvel property, “Daredevil”. David has worked on many high profile licensed properties such as, “Gladiator”, “Highlander” and “Daredevil”. David was a cofounder of an animation studio in Raleigh NC in the 1980’s called CyberKids. He also created the pirate mascot for East Carolina University.

A retired Naval Officer, with extensive experience in Oil and Gas Industry in Norway
Prem Prakash took premature retirement from the Indian Navy in 1976 after 26 years of naval service even though he was cleared for promotion to higher ranks. He was educated in England first as a Mechanical Engineer and then as a Naval Architect at the Royal Naval College, Greenwich which also educates for the Royal Corps of Naval Constructors UK.
After eight years in UK he returned to India and besides other appointments served as Head of the Construction Department in Bombay Naval Dockyard and as Deputy Director of Naval Design in New Delhi. After leaving the Navy he immigrated to Norway in 1976 and has been working in oil and gas sector. He retired as Principal Engineer after 23 years service in Statoil (major Oil Company in the world). He, through the years, has built up a comprehensive network both in Norway and India. He is now heads his own company, INERG A/S (Indo Norwegian Resource Group)
He is service minded and will appreciate any approach giving him the opportunity to share from his knowledge about Norway
