He is the founder of Entry-India (www.entry-india) which helps in setting up small and medium sized companies in India. He is also a Director in various companies like Mehta Software Services Private Limited & Blue Water Solutions Private Limited. He has worked also as an advisor to various Private Equity companies like VC Hunt. He is also advisor to Kixstaart Innovation Centre(www.kixstaartboard.com).
He also was an Advisor to WASME (World Association for Small and Medium Enterprises). He is currently Advising various Trade Commission like Finnish Trade Commission. He is also on the Advisory Board of Global Clean water(www.globalcleanwater.org). He is also on team of Autistic Animation Project working with Harvard University. He has also been as a panel of advisor for Electronics for You Expo 2011 which is organized by “Electronics For You”, largest English speaking magazine in Electronics segment. He has also worked as a consultant to various Trade Commissions.He is also a prolific writer and has written in various Top Newspapers and Magazines in India in on various subjects from Politics to Management. Before starting his own venture, he worked as Head Human Resources at Polaroid India. He is an MBA from Fore School of Management, one of the leading business schools in India. Instrumental in developing Ranbaxy businesses across geographies as CFO for its operations in China, Russia and the African continent. She is a Chartered Account having more than 15 years of experience in the field of finance, market research, Accounting, Private Equity & Wealth Management. She has supported initiative of Entry-India in setting up companies. She is also a Director at Mehta Software Services Private Limited & Blue Water Solutions Private Limited. She is also involved with charitable institutions like Parmaount Foundation which are doing lot of good work in rural areas.

She has done her schooling from Sophia School & undertook higher education from Savitri School, Ajmer.

Dharmender

Having more than 12 years of extensive experience in, Testing and QA of the various technologies based projects e.g. J2EE, .Net, Migration, SAP etc. More than Three years in software testing test automation, scripting and implementation of Quality Assurance at organization level like ISO 9000:2000, CMM level and Six Sigma.Exposure to stages & processes of typical Software Development stages like Use Case Development, Coding,Configuration & Quality Management, and Testing using Automation tools. Excellent communication skills.

Major achievements

  • Worked as Team Lead to multiple projects, implementation of CMM level3, ISO 9001:2000
  • Worked as lead role for Process Implementation into Project Management  as well as Testing  methodology based on real time data (metrics) with effective team management handling team of 20 members
  • Procured testing tools for the organization, did comparative analysis for the different tools like QTP, Rational Robot Functional test tool for the testing requirement. 
  • Completed QAI and DNV Certification (For CMM level and ISO 9000:2001 Internal Auditor) for Project Management, Quality, Leadership,  and Team management
  • Established Test Lab(QA Staging1st/pre-pod and QA staging 2nd/production  for different releases of the product) which included (automation testing) test tools environment
  • Handled team and was involved in different SDLC stages for ensuring the quality deliverables of its projects and organization’s –Software Process Improvement (SPI) activities.
